As your personal trainer, from the very start I will listen to your history, your past experiences and your wants and needs, and will give you the physical, emotional and practical support and advice that you need at every step of your journey. And perhaps most importantly, I will help make the whole process enjoyable and rewarding – I believe that the only way to make truly lasting changes (in any aspect of our lives) is to find and do the things that bring us the greatest joy.
